How to Delete the History, Temporary Files and Cookies from Internet Explorer

Select which version of Internet Explorer that you are using:
(Click on Help and About Internet Explorer to tell which)

Explorer 5.x or Explorer 4.x

Explorer 5.x

To clear your browser cache:

Select the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Select the General Tab
Click the Delete Files button

To clear your browser history:

Select the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Select the General Tab
Click the Clear History button

To delete your cookies:

From the Tools menu choose Internet Options
Under the tab General (the default tab) click Settings
Click View Files.
All files that have a Description that starts with "Cookie" ... are cookies
Delete any / all cookie files that you want to

Explorer 4.x
